Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before making your event booking at EPIC Villa Guest House.
1. Venue Access
Your event booking includes access to:
- Exclusive use of the venue
- Shade area (no tent required)
- Music system (Bluetooth, USB & SD card compatible)
- Swimming pool
- Braai area
- Bar area
- White Wimbledon chairs
- Five (5) rectangular tables with table covers
2. Optional Cooking Facility
A fully equipped cooking facility is available for an additional P1,000, which includes:
- Industrial gas stove
- Oven
- Refrigerator
- Cooking pots and utensils
- Tables and chairs
3. Cleaning Responsibility
Guests who make use of the cooking facilities are responsible for cleaning all cooking pots, utensils, appliances, and the cooking area before departure.
4. Catering & Décor
EPIC Villa Guest House does not provide catering or décor services. Clients are welcome to arrange and bring their own caterers and decorators.
5. Event Hours
Our standard event hours are:
- Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
6. Overtime Charges
Events extending beyond the agreed closing time are subject to prior approval. A fee of P100 per hour (or part thereof) will be charged for events that continue beyond 12:00 AM (Midnight).
7. Venue Care
The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue, furniture, and equipment are treated with care throughout the event. Any damage or loss caused during the booking may result in additional charges.
8. Liability
EPIC Villa Guest House shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings during the event.
9. Compliance
All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with the venue’s rules and the laws of Botswana. Management reserves the right to end an event if these terms are breached.
